What Quantum Work does

  • Scores every opening from 0 to 100 against your experience, location and salary, so only good matches enter your queue.
  • Writes a resume and a cover letter for each job, then checks the resume against your original and cuts anything it cannot find there.
  • Applies directly on company forms built on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, answering the screening questions from answers you save once.
  • Sends every application with your own email, so recruiters reply straight to your inbox.
  • Runs in review, hybrid or automatic mode, with a daily limit per search.
  • Works in English, Portuguese and Spanish. People living in Brazil can pay in reais.
  • Monthly or yearly plans. Cancel in a couple of clicks, any time.

Volume or fit: questions to answer first

  • How many applications do you really need a month? A narrow role may not have enough openings to fill a large number, and loose matches use credits without leading to interviews.
  • Do you want each application written for that company, or is the same resume for every job fine for you?
  • Do you want to pay month by month and stop when you get hired, or commit to a longer period to pay less?

How to run a focused search

  • Use the job titles companies really post, plus the common variants of your title.
  • Match the seniority to your experience and set a salary floor you would truly accept.
  • Use hybrid mode, so only the strongest matches go out on their own.
  • Keep the daily limit, 40 by default, so the robot never floods one company.

How to move over

  • Get your current resume as a PDF, from wherever you keep it.
  • Create your Quantum Work account and upload that resume. Creating an account is free; plans start at US$ 19 in the first month.
  • Set your searches: job titles, locations or remote, seniority and minimum salary.
  • Save your screening answers once: salary, work authorization, notice period and languages.
  • Choose a mode. Start in review mode, read a few tailored resumes, then move to hybrid or automatic when you trust them.
