Auto apply
Auto apply to jobs, with a tailored application every time
Quantum Work finds jobs that match your profile and applies for you, with a resume and cover letter written for each company. You set the rules once. The robot does the repetitive part every day.

How it works
- Set your searchJob titles, locations or remote, seniority, contract type and minimum salary.
- Save your answers onceSalary, work authorization, notice period and languages. The robot reuses them on every form.
- Pick a modeReview, hybrid or automatic.
- Press StartThe robot finds jobs every day and applies, up to the applications in your plan.
What auto apply means here
Most "auto apply" tools send the same resume to everything. That is how you end up with hundreds of applications and no interviews.
Quantum Work only applies where it makes sense. Each job gets a match score from 0 to 100 against your experience, location and salary, and only the jobs that pass your bar enter the queue. Each one then gets its own resume, cover letter and answers to the form questions.
How the robot fills in an application
- Opens the application page on the company site.
- Attaches the resume tailored to that job, as a clean PDF.
- Fills in name, contact details, links and location.
- Answers the screening questions from your saved answers: salary expectation, work authorization, notice period, languages, years of experience.
- Declines optional demographic questions unless you chose to answer them.
- Submits, saves a copy of what was sent and emails you a confirmation.
Where the robot can apply on its own
Quantum Work applies directly on company application forms built on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. Those forms are where many tech companies and remote first teams collect applications, so your resume lands in the same system the recruiter works in every day.
To find openings, the robot also reads remote job boards like Remotive and Himalayas. Some jobs lead to a portal that wants you to create an account first, like the Workday style sites many large companies use. The robot does not create accounts on third party sites, so those jobs are prepared and marked as ready for you to send by hand.
Three ways to run it
- Review: nothing goes out until you approve it.
- Hybrid: strong matches go out on their own, the rest wait for you.
- Automatic: the robot works through the queue by itself, inside your daily limit.
Which mode to choose
If you are just starting, use review mode for the first days. Read a few tailored resumes and letters, fix anything you want to say differently and get a feel for the jobs the robot finds.
Once you trust the output, move to hybrid. The strongest matches go out on their own and the borderline ones wait for you. Automatic mode suits people who have a clear target role and want the robot to keep working through the queue while they focus on interviews.
You can change modes whenever you like.
How to set a search that fits you
- Use the job titles companies really post. If you do customer success, add the common variants of that title too.
- Be clear about location. If you want remote work from your country, say so, and the location score does the rest.
- Set a minimum salary that you would accept for real.
- Match the seniority to your experience. Applying two levels up rarely works.
- If you are looking at two different kinds of roles, use two searches. Pro includes 2 searches, Elite 3, and Power and Ultra 5.
Fit matters more than volume
Sending more applications helps up to a point. After that, a hundred loose matches do less for you than twenty close ones, and they can annoy recruiters at companies you might want later.
That is why every search has a daily limit, 40 by default, and why the match score decides what enters your queue. The robot keeps a steady pace and saves your credits for jobs that fit.
Save your answers once, and save them well
Most application forms ask the same handful of questions. You answer them once in Quantum Work and the robot reuses them on every form. A few minutes here pays off on every application.
- Salary expectation: pick one number you would happily accept, in the currency the jobs pay in. A clear number reads better than a very wide range.
- Work authorization: say exactly where you can legally work today. For remote contractor roles abroad, that is often your own country.
- Notice period: how long you need before you can start. Be realistic, since the company will plan around it.
- Languages: your real level in each language. Interviews will test it anyway.
- Years of experience: count the years you actually worked with the skill or role in question.
What you see after each application
Every application in your board keeps the exact resume, cover letter and answers that went out, plus a screenshot of the form at the moment it was submitted. You also get a confirmation email for each one. If that is too many emails, turn the per application alert off and check the board instead.
Applications go out with your own email address, so replies from companies come straight to your inbox, like any other message from a recruiter.
A normal week with the robot running
Once your search is set, most of the work happens without you. The robot looks for new openings every day, prepares a tailored application for each good match and sends what your mode allows.
Your part is short. Open the board a couple of times a week, read a few of the resumes that went out and answer the replies that matter. When an interview invite reaches your email, you can practice that interview before the call.
If replies are slow after a couple of weeks, look at the search first. Titles that are too broad, a seniority level that does not match your experience or a salary floor far from the market are the usual causes. Small changes there do more than sending extra applications.
Limits that protect your reputation
Every search has a daily limit, so the robot never sends dozens of applications to the same company in one day. Jobs that closed are skipped. When a site asks for a CAPTCHA or for you to create an account, the robot stops and leaves that job ready for you to send by hand. It never tries to get around those checks.
Questions people ask
How many applications can it send?
It depends on your plan: from 100 a month on Starter up to 2,000 a month on Ultra. A credit is used when the robot clicks submit. If no confirmation appears, you can refund it from the job, up to 3 a month. A CAPTCHA found before the click costs nothing. Credits renew every month.
Is auto applying safe for my profile?
Quantum Work applies on the companies' own career pages, one tailored application at a time, with a daily limit per search. It does not mass message recruiters or spam job boards.
Can I see what was sent?
Yes. Every application keeps the exact resume, cover letter and answers that went out, plus a screenshot of the form when it was submitted.
What happens with jobs it cannot send?
They stay in your board marked as ready, with the tailored resume and letter already prepared, so sending by hand takes a minute.
What is the daily limit?
Each search sends up to 40 applications a day by default. The limit keeps the pace steady and stops the robot from sending a pile of applications to the same company in one day.
Does the robot answer demographic questions?
Optional demographic questions are declined by default. If you choose to answer them, the robot uses the answers you saved.
Will it apply to jobs that already closed?
No. Closed jobs are skipped, so your credits are not spent on them.
Can I run more than one search?
Yes, depending on the plan. Pro includes 2 searches, Elite 3, and Power and Ultra 5. Each search has its own titles, locations, salary and daily limit.
Do I still need to look for jobs myself?
You do not have to. If you find a job on your own, you can still paste its description in the app to get a tailored cover letter for it.
