Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Quantum Work collects, why, who we share it with and how you can control it. We wrote it to be read, not to hide things.
Who we are
Quantum Work (quantumwork.co) is a job application service, a brand operated by Ulisses Balbino da Fonseca Silva (MEI), CNPJ 29.042.511/0001-58, São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Our data protection contact (LGPD encarregado) is hello@quantumwork.co.

Legal basis and international transfer
We process your data to perform the service you subscribed to and, for optional sensitive answers such as self-identification, only with your consent. To deliver the service, your resume and profile data are sent to our AI provider and to the job sites where you apply, some of them outside Brazil. You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time, including from Settings, Delete account, or by writing to hello@quantumwork.co.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Career data you give us: resume, work history, education, skills, languages, links, salary expectations, work authorization and answers to application questions.
- Job search data: the roles and locations you search for, the jobs we match and the applications sent on your behalf.
- Billing data: your plan and payment history. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
- Basic technical data needed to run the site, such as session cookies.
Why we use it
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
- To find jobs that match you and to prepare and submit applications that you authorized.
- To email you confirmations and updates about the applications sent on your behalf.
- To charge your subscription and keep billing records.
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
Where we use AI
An AI provider processes the text of your profile, your resume and the job to:
- read your PDF resume and build or optimize your resume;
- score how well each job fits you;
- tailor your resume to each job and write cover letters and follow-up emails;
- answer application form questions, using only facts from your profile;
- run mock interviews and give feedback on them;
- sort the emails that reach the in-app inbox (invite, rejection, assessment and similar).
Who we share it with
- Employers you apply to: when the robot applies, your resume and answers are sent to that company through its career site.
- AI providers (currently DeepSeek), only for the uses in the section above. Answers about gender, race, disability and military service never go to the AI.
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Hostinger, which hosts our servers and email.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except billing records that the law requires us to keep.
After deletion we keep only a code made from your email (a one-way hash, which cannot be turned back into the address). It is used only so the first-month discount cannot be used again.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Under Brazil's LGPD, the European GDPR and similar laws, you also have the right to know how your data is processed. Write to hello@quantumwork.co and we will answer within 15 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.
