Terms of Service

These terms explain how Quantum Work works, what you agree to when you subscribe and what you can expect from us.

The service

Quantum Work finds job openings, prepares tailored resumes and cover letters and, when you allow it, submits applications on your behalf on employers' sites. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers. Hiring decisions belong to the employers.

Your responsibilities

  • Give us true information about yourself. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume and answers.
  • Review the settings that decide what the robot sends, including the mode (review, hybrid or automatic).
  • Use the service only for your own job search.
  • Keep your password safe.

Applications on your behalf

By turning the robot on, you authorize Quantum Work to submit applications with your information to the jobs that match your settings. The robot respects daily limits, does not solve CAPTCHAs and does not create accounts on third party sites. When it detects a CAPTCHA before clicking submit, no credit is used and the job waits for you to send it by hand.

Plans and billing

  • Subscriptions are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
  • A credit is used when the robot clicks submit. If no confirmation appears after the click, you can refund that credit from the job, up to 3 times a month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • The first month of a monthly plan may have a lower price. From the second month the regular price applies.
  • When you move up a plan, you pay the difference right away.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your subscription page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and is not renewed. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Quantum Work to apply with someone else's identity, to send false information, or to disrupt employers or job sites. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to keep the service running and accurate, but it is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last three months.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will warn you by email before important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Quantum Work is a brand operated by Ulisses Balbino da Fonseca Silva (MEI), CNPJ 29.042.511/0001-58, São Paulo, SP, Brazil. Questions: hello@quantumwork.co.
