Remote roles, including ones that pay in USD

Hey, ready to work?

Stop spending your week applying. Let the robot apply to jobs for you.

You know this night.

  • Another form asking what your resume already says.
  • A cover letter rewritten for a company that may never read it.
  • Send. Refresh. Silence.
  • Applying turned into a second job, and nobody pays you for it.

Tonight, you apply by hand.

Tomorrow, the robot already did it.

You are at breakfast with them. The applications went out on their own.

Real screens from the app (sample account)

Captured from the working app with a throwaway sample account, a made-up resume and a mock company form. Cropped to the app itself; other companies' names and the sample e-mail are blurred.

  • The board: what went out and what waits for you
  • What the robot did on one application, step by step
  • A tailored resume. Every line is in the sample original
  • Why a job fits, and where it does not

Pieces that fit together.

Quantum Work finds jobs that match you, writes a resume and cover letter for each one and fills in the application with your own email, so recruiters reply straight to you. If a company calls, you go.

It finds the jobs and scores them

Openings from company career pages and remote job boards, each scored from 0 to 100 against your profile. Weak matches stay out of your way.

The details

Applying for jobs is a second job. We take it off your hands.

Sending a hundred applications by hand takes weeks. Every form asks the same things again, every job wants a slightly different resume, and keeping track of where you applied gets messy fast.

Quantum Work does that part for you. You set the roles, the locations and the salary you want once. From then on the robot looks for openings every day, prepares a tailored application for each good match and sends it, up to the number of applications in your plan.

What the robot does for you

  • Finds openings on company career pages and remote job boards, and scores each one from 0 to 100 against your profile.
  • Rewrites your resume for each job from what you actually did. Each version is checked against your original, and anything without support is cut.
  • Writes a cover letter and a short follow-up email for that specific company.
  • Fills in the application form, including the questions about salary, work authorization, notice period and languages.
  • Sends every application with your own email address, so recruiters reply straight to you, in the inbox you already use.
  • Lets you practice each interview with an AI interviewer that knows the job and your resume.

You decide how much control you keep

Choose review mode and nothing goes out without your approval. Choose hybrid and only the strongest matches go out automatically. Choose automatic and the robot works through your queue on its own, with a daily limit per search so it never floods a company.

Built for people who want to work from anywhere

Quantum Work was built with Latin America in mind: people who want a remote job with a company abroad, often paid in US dollars, while staying close to family. Quantum Work answers the questions those applications ask, like time zone, work authorization and English level, the same way every time.

It works for anyone, anywhere: Europe, Africa, Asia or the United States. If the job can be done remotely, the robot can apply for it.

Where the jobs come from

The robot reads openings straight from company career pages built on Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby. A lot of tech companies and remote first teams hire through these systems, so the job you see is the job the company posted, with the real application form behind it.

It also checks remote job boards like Remotive and Himalayas, which focus on roles you can do from home. Every opening gets a score from 0 to 100 based on your experience, your location and the salary you asked for. Weak matches stay out of your way, so your credits go to jobs worth applying to.

One application, start to finish

  • A new opening enters your queue with its match score.
  • The robot writes a resume for that job from your base resume. A fact check then removes anything your original does not support.
  • It writes a cover letter and a short follow-up email for that company.
  • It opens the company form, attaches the PDF, fills in your contact details and answers the screening questions from your saved answers.
  • It submits, saves a copy of everything it sent plus a screenshot of the form, and emails you a confirmation.
  • When the company writes back, the reply goes straight to your own email.

Honest on purpose

A resume that claims too much gets you an interview you cannot pass. So every tailored version is compared with your original before it goes out, and any skill, title or result your real experience does not back up is cut.

The robot also plays by the rules of the sites it uses. It never solves CAPTCHAs and never creates accounts for you on third party sites. When a job needs either one, the robot prepares the resume and letter and marks the job as ready, so you can send it yourself in a minute. A CAPTCHA found before the click costs no credit.

Replies come straight to you

Sending applications is half the work. Answering is the other half. Every application goes out with your own email address, so when a recruiter writes back, the message lands in the inbox you already use.

Answer interview invites the same day if you can, while the recruiter still has your name in mind. Before the call, practice that interview with the AI interviewer.

Small habits that help any job search

  • Aim most of your applications at roles you could start doing next month. A stretch role now and then is fine.
  • Keep your base resume complete. The robot can only highlight what is there, so add the projects, tools and results you really have.
  • Set a salary floor you would truly accept. It keeps you away from offers you would turn down anyway.
  • Answer interview invites quickly. A fast reply shows interest and often gets you an earlier slot.
  • Practice out loud before each interview, with the job description in front of you.
  • Look at your replies every few days. Rejections tell you something too, especially if they keep coming from the same kind of role.

English, Portuguese and Spanish

The site and the app work in English, Portuguese and Spanish. Your resume and cover letter follow the language of each job, so a job posted in English gets an application in English, and a job posted in Spanish gets one in Spanish.

Questions people ask

Is there a free plan?

No. You can create an account and set up your search for free, but the robot only starts applying once you choose a plan. Plans start at US$ 29 a month, with a lower price in the first month.

Will the robot lie on my resume?

It is built not to. Every tailored resume is checked against your original; anything without support is cut. In review mode you read it before it goes out.

Which sites can the robot apply on?

It applies directly on company career pages powered by Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby, which many tech and remote first companies use. Jobs on sites that need you to create an account or solve a CAPTCHA are prepared for you and marked as ready to send by hand. A CAPTCHA found before the robot clicks submit costs no credit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The cancel button is on your subscription page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Does it work outside the United States?

Yes. Quantum Work works from any country, and it is especially useful if you live outside the US and want a remote role with a company abroad.

How does the robot pick which jobs to apply to?

Each job gets a score from 0 to 100 against your experience, location and salary. A higher score means a closer fit. You can look at your queue at any time, and in hybrid mode only the strongest matches go out on their own.

Do I have to check the app every day?

No. In automatic mode the robot works by itself inside your daily limit. You get an email for each application sent, which you can turn off, and recruiter replies arrive in your own inbox, like any other email.

What do I need to get started?

Your resume as a PDF, or a few lines about your experience, plus the roles, locations and minimum salary you want. Setting up your account is free. The robot starts applying once you pick a plan.
